Josh Andre, LCSW
My Story
Josh Andre is a licensed psychotherapist in Chicago specializing in substance use, addiction, mental health crises, and young people who feel lost or without direction.
As a teenager, he struggled with his own path before getting sober and finding structure through boxing, eventually becoming a Golden Gloves Champion. He later served in the Israel Defense Forces in an undercover special operations counterterrorism unit.
Today, Josh works primarily with teenagers, young adults, and families in crisis. As an interventionist and concierge case manager, he travels globally to transport clients to treatment, stabilize high-risk situations, and guide long-term recovery.
Boxing Therapy is a core part of his work. He integrates boxing into therapy and coaching to build discipline, resilience, emotional regulation, and meaning. He trained in Boxing Therapy in Modi’in and incorporates it directly into clinical practice.
