Individual Therapy

Work one-on-one with a Boxing Therapy provider to design a specially catered program to meet your unique needs and goals.  A free intake will help determine the right boxing therapist from our staff of mental health professionals and fitness providers.  Each session is 50 minutes and provides a combination of boxing and traditional therapy methods.  In person and online options are available.

Group Boxing Therapy

Train together with other people who share similar challenges or goals in common.  Each group incorporates boxing fitness and mindfulness approaches to benefit both emotionally and physically as you become connected to a mission larger than yourself.

Trauma Sensitive Training

At Boxing Therapy, being trauma-sensitive means creating a supportive space where our clients can heal and grow, regardless of their background or experiences. It means prioritizing consent, emotional well-being, and safety, while using personalized techniques that are guided by empirically-based approaches. Our goal is to empower our clients through boxing, kick-boxing and Krav Maga, and help them find healing and resilience in a safe and supportive environment.

School and Community Programs

Boxing Therapy is empowering students in schools across Israel, as well as in community programs in North America. School programs are catered for healthy development, physical and emotional outlets, bonding together over a shared and powerful goal and do not require equipment on site. Programs are built based on the needs and we can send our own staff or train in house staff.

What is it?

Boxing Therapy offers a trauma-sensitive, movement-based approach to mental health care. Our method blends elements from somatic therapy, DBT, EMDR principles, and Krav Maga, allowing clients to engage their nervous systems, release held tension, and build resilience, right in the therapy room.

This is not about learning to fight, it’s about learning to feel.
Through the physicality of boxing and the safety of a therapeutic container, clients learn to reconnect with their bodies, understand emotional responses, and access tools for regulation, mindfulness, and healing.

Developed over the past decade, our research-informed method is practiced by licensed mental health professionals, social workers, and trained coaches both in Israel and internationally. We are committed to offering an inclusive, supportive space where movement and mental health come together, for real impact.

Whether you're working through trauma, navigating emotional challenges, or simply looking for a new way to access strength and self-awareness, Boxing Therapy offers a path forward, one breath, one step, one punch at a time.

The Ready for Anything,
Boxing Therapy Story

When an Israel based Social Worker and Krav Maga coach teamed up with a visionary Social Worker who dared to make a difference in Florida, US, the end result was Ready For Anything, Boxing Therapy.

Boxing Therapy was founded in Israel in 2018, after an American born, social worker and personal trainer began integrating self defense techniques for her clients who had been through traumas.  Since then, the modality has been developed to treat individuals and groups suffering from a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Spectrum disorder and emotional regulation issues.  The therapists come from backgrounds in mental health, personal training and self defense disciplines.  The therapy is a safe space, where consent and the clients unique strengths are not only invited, but at the core of the treatment.
