I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. Seeking help can feel overwhelming, which is why I provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we work together to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to grow and heal.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, grief, low self-esteem, burnout, and life transitions. Together, we'll identify practical strategies that build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and help you move toward the life you want to live.
What makes Boxing Therapy unique is the option to integrate boxing-based movement into the therapeutic process as a tool for healing and personal growth. No boxing experience is required, and boxing is never about fighting, it is used to help develop confidence, mindfulness, emotional regulation, stress management, discipline, and healthy coping skills.
As a Mexican-American clinician, I bring cultural humility, authenticity, and compassion to every session, creating an environment where clients feel respected, empowered, and understood. Whether we incorporate boxing-based activities, traditional talk therapy, or a combination of both, my goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen your mental health, and create lasting change both inside and outside of therapy.
