South Africa

Travis McLoed, Boxing Therapy Coach

I myself, like most South Africans have experienced significant trauma from our country’s high crime rate. Through those experiences I’ve become passionate about helping others heal and noticeably move forward. Boxing has the power to completely transform one’s personal self image and can be a powerful tool to release trauma and negative emotions, this is why I wish to share my love for combat sports combined with boxing therapy with the world, because it transformed me into a healthier healed version of myself and I wish that for as many others as possible.
