Ilene Spark-Greenberg, MSW

As a social worker and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, she combines her extensive knowledge with a passion for empowering others through Boxing Therapy. With 6 years as a boxing coach for people with Parkinson's, she excels in working with individuals over 60, those new to exercise, and anyone ready to embrace this therapeutic approach. Her specialties include boxing, breathing techniques, and helping people find resilience in falling and getting back up.

Her training philosophy is: "If you walk in the door, you are ready to go. One breath, one step, one punch at a time." She finds her greatest joy in hearing clients share their success stories, from conquering a flight of stairs to finding the confidence to smile. These moments highlight the transformative impact of the skills they've mastered in her sessions.
